Bigger Eyes with Double-Winged Eyeliner

When creating an eye look for ballroom or any other venue/event at which you would be viewed from a distance, you want the illusion of large, open eyes. One of the easiest ways to create this illusion is to use a double-winged liner. This technique makes your eyes look more open by creating the illusion that your bottom lashline is lower than it actually is. Check out this double-winged eyeliner tutorial from NikkieTutorials:
